Alarm state PUF 1 to 6, FAN Fail 1 to 3, OTP, LLF, SLF, MSP
The Input mode is unique. For example, when
DIO 1 is set to Output OFF, DIO 2 to DIO 6 cannot
be set to Output OFF.
When the Output OFF signal is activated, the
Output OFF signal takes priority over the Output
ON signal, the Output Control signal, and the
Output button operation on the front panel.
